Once your little puppy has had their three sets of puppy vaccines they can, and should be booked in for their puppy session. Some dogs only need one puppy session before they’re ready for a full groom, while others may need two or even three before they learn the ropes and feel at ease in the environment.

Absolutely! We understand that some dogs feel nervous about grooming, and our goal is to make the experience as calm and positive as possible. We take things slowly, use gentle handling, and create a stress-free environment so your dog can feel safe. We’re happy to work with you and your pup to make their visit a more relaxed and enjoyable experience.

The time depends on your dog’s size, coat type, and the services you choose. On average, most grooms take between 1–2 hours. We always work at a pace that’s comfortable for your dog, so some visits may take a little longer to ensure they stay relaxed and happy.
